Part Time or Full-Time Licensed Child & Adolescent Therapist

Mind Matters is excited to be accepting applications for a part-time or full-time child and adolescent therapist, with the potential for growth within the practice (program development, supervising, directorship roles, etc). This position is ideal for someone interested in working in an intimate and warm group practice setting with creative and collaborative clinicians.

We offer flexibility in hours and scheduling and provide weekly case consultation and supervision. All candidates must be willing to work a hybrid schedule, offering sessions virtually as well as in-person in our Upper West Side offices.

Applicants who bring enthusiasm, thoughtfulness, and a desire to learn to the position are likely to be a great fit with our practice.

Qualifications:

• Must have obtained a Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited graduate program in psychology OR an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT from an accredited program.

• Must be licensed to practice in New York State.

• Competence and experience working with children and adolescents is essential.

• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, offering sessions virtually as well as in-person in our Upper West Side offices (full-time employment includes minimum 3-4 days per week in-person during after-school hours).

• The ideal candidate is warm, friendly, self-motivated, eager to learn and grow, has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and values contributing to a team.
