Couples & Family Therapy

“Being the ‘best you can be’ is really only possible when you are deeply connected to another.”  — Sue Johnson

Couples & Family Therapy

We practice Emotion Focused Therapy, an approach to working with families and couples that is supported by attachment theory and clinical research. Our approach focuses on the here-and now-moments in which our relationship dynamics and patterns emerge in the therapy and can be worked through to create change. The therapy goal is to help couples and families communicate more openly and directly with one another to foster healthier relationships.
