Group Psychotherapy
"We live by each other and for each other. Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." ― Helen Keller
Group Psychotherapy
Group treatment offers a unique opportunity to receive peer support, foster a sense of community, and learn from others’ experiences. Group therapy can help facilitate personal growth and healing as a standalone treatment, or in conjunction with individual psychotherapy or other treatment approaches. Therapy work in a group setting can be both motivating and inspiring, allows members to benefit from their shared experiences, and can help you to feel less alone in your struggles.
We offer a variety of psychotherapy groups with different areas of focus, including structured or skills-based group therapy, interpersonal or process-oriented group therapy, and support groups. See below for information about open groups that are currently recruiting for new members!
