I believe there is a strong connection between health and wellness and one’s executive function skills—each influencing the other in meaningful ways. Every individual learns differently, and every body functions uniquely. When I work with my clients, I take the time to understand their personal learning style and who they are as a whole person, so we can get to the root of their needs. In our first session, we begin with a brief questionnaire to identify which executive function skills are strengths and which may need more focused support. We also explore how overall health and well-being may be impacting the areas in need of improvement. From there, and based upon our conversations, we collaborate on a variety of skill-building strategies related to time management, organization, stress reduction, cognitive flexibility, working memory, sleep, physical activity, and nutrition. My goal is to guide clients toward becoming more confident, balanced, and capable in every aspect of their life.
